In this solstice-inspired Restorative practice, we'll begin with some gentle movement to cultivate internal warmth, and then transition into longer-held poses to usher in rest. Each pose will include a short meditation, exploring the gifts of the solstice.
Chelsea and Allison love helping you move your body and have some fun while doing it. Join them for 30 mins of higher intensity activity followed by 30 mins of stretchier activity, for a well-rounded evening of movement as medicine playtime.
This two-hour workshop will be a deep dive into our evolutionary development of anxiety and fear, and what happens when the whole world is a mess of uncertainty. There will be talk, movement, journaling, learning, and plenty of laughs.
