Namaskar's Yoga Hour is an energetic class, the ideal way to sneak in some yoga between the day’s activities. Expect a good flow addressing flexibility, strength, balance, connection to the breath and mental focus. Recharge your spirit, reconnect with your body and leave feeling great. 

For experienced beginner to advanced students. 

7:15AM - 8:00AM CDT

TUESDAYS - 45 MIN CHILL

Early Morning. Start the date right.

CHILL is an all-levels, low-key yoga class. Some breathing, some stretching, some strengthening. No fancy poses, slower-paced, ooey-gooey-smooshy yoga.


Great for beginners, long-time practitioners, and everyone in between.

7:00PM - 8:15PM CDT

WEDNESDAYS - 75 MIN FLOW

Mid Week Reset.


FLOW is an Allison-style vinyasa. Salutation-based movements, aligned with breath. More flow, some more "fancy" poses and shenanigans.

Some experience helpful, but these times we're in are weird,  and nobody can see you at home, so get jaunty if you wanna try it out!

THURSDAYS - 75 MIN INTERMEDIATE FLOW
NAMASKAR

Stir things up. 

Namaskar's Intermediate Flow is for students with a good understanding and ease with basic poses, comfortable control over breath, and willingness to flow more quickly from one pose to the next.  May include the introduction and exploration of more advanced poses, such as inversions, arm balances and deeper back bends.

For intermediate to advanced students.

Gather some friends! Each in our own homes, we can share an interactive practice via Zoom. I'll take requests of style, duration, any special considerations your group might have.

INDIVIDUAL PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS

$50/60 minute session

Truly your time to find what you need. We can connect via Facetime, Zoom, Google Duo, just about anything you can think of, I can make happen. This time is yours. Anything I can safely help you explore from a distance.

EVERYTHING ELSE AND SEND REQUESTS

What else might you need? A guided meditation? Some book recommendations? A dharma talk about some yoga philosophy that's always made you curious? A 'card pulling' and chat? Anything that I feel is safely in my scope of practice, we can work it out.
