About the Event
Chelsea Wellman teaches strength-based classes at Shift, Lagree at Chi50, and works privately as a personal trainer. She runs sometimes and loves sushi.
Allison Hendrix teaches yoga and body-weight strength conditioning via Namaskar Yoga (Chicago) and the Allison Hendrix Yoga membership. She really dislikes running and sushi, but she loves jumping jacks and chana masala.
Join Chelsea for a fun and fiery workout where you're encouraged to be what you need to be while also pushing a little past what's easy and comfortable. After she lights it up, Allison will lead you through complimentary yoga-based stretching, some breathwork, and a moment of rest.
