Streaming classes! These will be low-tech. Facebook live, filmed in Allison's apartment without fancy things. But it’ll be us, coming together, to move and breathe for 45 minutes. No experience necessary. No special equipment required. Just a space to move. A mat or a towel under you if you have them.

This will OF COURSE, BE FREE.
