Someday we'll all be in a room at the same time again, but for now,
here are Zoom options for us to be a little more together while we practice.
6:00 - 7:00 PM CST
THURSDAYS - FLOW HOUR
Stir things up, move 'em around.
This energetic one-hour class is the ideal way to sneak in some yoga between the day’s activities. Expect a good flow addressing flexibility, strength, balance, connection to the breath and mental focus. Recharge your spirit, reconnect with your body and leave feeling great!
For experienced beginners to advanced students.
4:00 - 5:15PM CDT
SUNDAYS - 75 MIN INTERMEDIATE FLOW
Energize the end of your weekend.
Namaskar's Intermediate Flow is for students with a good understanding and ease with basic poses, comfortable control over breath, and willingness to flow more quickly from one pose to the next. May include the introduction and exploration of more advanced poses, such as inversions, arm balances and deeper back bends. Most Sundays we'll take a more technical approach working toward a 'trickier' peak pose (while of course including a well-rounded bit of everything).
For intermediate to advanced students.
Allison is funny, empathetic, and energetic in her style of teaching. When she guides you to do what’s right for your body in the moment, it’s genuine. She’s my favorite yoga teacher I’ve ever had!

SMALL GROUP SESSIONS
$100/hour for up to 6 participants
Gather some friends! Each in our own homes, we can share an interactive practice via Zoom. I'll take requests of style, duration, any special considerations your group might have.
INDIVIDUAL PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS
$50/60 minute session
$30/30 minute session
Hosted via Zoom, this time is yours. Beginners can learn the basic poses, experienced yogis can dig deeper into more challenging poses, we can do body-weight strength conditioning, workouts -- anything I can safely help you explore from a distance.
*packages available - combine 3-5 sessions and take 10% off the cost*
EVERYTHING ELSE AND SEND REQUESTS
What else might you need? A guided meditation? Some book recommendations? A dharma talk about some yoga philosophy that's always made you curious? A 'card pulling' and chat? Anything that I feel is safely in my scope of practice, we can work it out.
