Stir things up, move 'em around.

This energetic 45-minute will be a flow addressing flexibility, strength, balance, connection to the breath and mental focus. Recharge your spirit and reconnect with your body.
​
While no experience is required, and options will be given, some experience with yoga and familiarity with common poses is helpful.

Energize the end of your weekend.

Namaskar's Intermediate Flow is for students with a good understanding and ease with basic poses, comfortable control over breath, and willingness to flow more quickly from one pose to the next. May include the introduction and exploration of more advanced poses, such as inversions, arm balances and deeper back bends. Most Sundays we'll take a more technical approach working toward a 'trickier' peak pose (while of course including a well-rounded bit of everything).
For intermediate to advanced students.

Discover and explore the impact that meditation and pranayama (controlled breathing) can have on your state of being. This class is an exploration using time-honored and leading-edge methods of meditation and pranayama in a relaxed, welcoming, and comfortable way.

All levels and experience (or inexperience!) welcome.

Allison is funny, empathetic, and energetic in her style of teaching. When she guides you to do what’s right for your body in the moment, it’s genuine. She’s my favorite yoga teacher I’ve ever had!

Hosted via Zoom, this time is yours. Beginners can learn the basic poses, experienced yogis can dig deeper into more challenging poses, we can do body-weight strength conditioning, workouts -- anything I can safely help you explore from a distance.
