OMG.

What just happened.

This is our last Sunday email/post of THIS ENTIRE YEAR.

2020, you've been really something.

Reaaaaaally, really........something.

I'm proud of all of us for making it this far.

More than anything, I'm incredibly, unbelievably, unexpectedly, whirlwind-of-emotions grateful to all of you who've spent the year coming on this virtual yoga journey with me.

In a year that was mostly garbage, challenge, and despair, this relationship we've built in classes has been my light, my hope, and my reasons for all four seasons.

Together we've had:

39 Chill practices.

41 Flow practices.

7 Ignite practices (these wore us all out, so 7 was plenty).

???? Zoom practices.

1 Workshop on Uncertainy.

Dharma talks, pose tutorials, meditations, storytimes.

Countless emails, messages, and thoughtful treats from you to me.

There aren't actually words for how thankful I am for you.

I tried to find them. But there were too many feelings and after I cried twelve-emotions-at-once tears over my computer keyboard this morning, I decided to simplify:

My heart is full.

I know we're going to keep going.

Together.

We're going to move through 2021 with grace, whatever it might bring, because this year we've learned how we are beautifully resilient, adaptable, and hopeful in the face of hopelessness.

Together.

Catch ya in the new year, eh?
