About the Event
Join me for this Live Restorative Practice, a mid-week sleepytime wind-down. Using props to support long holds in passive poses, restorative yoga gives you an opportunity to practice stillness. To release our modern drive to do and go always. Here we will gather to simply BE. ALLOW. SOFTEN.
An email will be sent two days before the event with a full list of props to gather, and an updated password for the Livestream website.
